Tranquil Garden Suite is an oasis of comfort in the middle of the vibrant Bellevue business district. Situated within 1/2 m of restaurants, grocery, parks, Amazon, Expedia, Lightrail & Metro bus hub. 1 m to major shopping malls. Convenient to I 405 & I 90. The room features a tempurpedic King sized bed with luxurious bedding. Elegant bathroom with heated slate floor, over sized walk in rain shower system, thick cotton towels, hair dryer. Kitchenette with mini fridge, coffee pot w coffee, microwave, kitchenware. East facing French doors to greet the morning sun & garden views leading to your private patio with umbrella, seating and gas fire table. The landscaped yard is surrounded by tall trees and shrubs. Hi speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, cable and streaming services. Electric fireplace can warm a chill or provide soothing light. House robe & slippers, hair dryer, toiletries, Iron and ironing board provided. Plenty of convenient parking near entrance accommodates over sized vehicles. Premises is pet, smoke, vape & 420 free, as well as free of heavy fragrance. I cannot guarantee that it is allergy or asthma free. However, I maintain the suite according to my own respiratory issues and hope it offers a safe haven to those that wish to avoid mentioned triggers. ********* I reside full time in second story and house has central ventilation system, for that reason I cannot allow dogs, service or not because of allergies and exisiting respiratory issues. *******DISCLAIMER******** I Civil Right Act of 1968 (CRA), Title II says: (b) Each of the following establishments which serves the public is a place of public accommodation within the meaning of this title if its operations affect commerce, or if discrimination or segregation by it is supported by State action: (1) any inn, hotel, motel, or other establishment which provides lodging to transient guests, other than an establishment located within a building which contains not more than five rooms for rent or hire and which is actually occupied by the proprietor of such establishment as his residence; In line with the federal law, a person lending out a single room in their house in which they live in as well, is not required to comply with the CRA. Suite has its own private & separate entrance, in back of the main home. Parking is free on the street or anywhere on the North driveway. The north driveway is a private & leads to a gravel driveway with the back patio on the right. The patio has a french door entrance to the suite. The keybox is located on a patio chair. The combination will be sent to you after you call me just prior to your arrival. Host lives on site and is easily reachable by phone in case of any questions or concerns. Host respects guests privacy. Amazing residential neighborhood with-in walking distance to Metro transit Center, Convention Center, parks, botanical gardens w zip lining, The Bravern, Expedia, Amazon, Microsoft, Bellevue Square, Lincoln Center, gyms, variety of yoga, fine dining, happy hours, theater and all that Downtown Bellevue has to offer. Grocery market (H-Mart), 8 blocks away, Whole Foods & 365 WF, Trader Joes, Target, REI, PCC within a mile. A new park offering, grills, picnic tables with shelters, fantastic panoramic view of Mt Rainer, walking trails and grassy knolls for picnics or lazing in the sun is just 1 block away. Walk, Bike, UBER, Taxi or Drive. Located 10 min walking distance from the transits center where you can find Buses to SeaTac airport, Seattle, Microsoft & all of greater Seattle -Tacoma metropolitan areas. The suite is a newly remodeled portion of the house that is private however the central heat/air ventilation is shared. Please refer to the description regarding allergen triggers. Private, zen-like ensuite in a separated addition of an established home. Conveniently located in a quiet residential area in the heart of Bellevue. Patio with garden, seating and fire table.
