Sometimes, you might see landscapers, groundskeepers, or hot tub maintenance staff on the property. They will come and go without interacting with guests.

Less than five miles from downtown Levenworth. The best way to describe the neighborhood is rural not secluded. The lots are large which allow for some privacy but you can also see some of the neighbors.

It’s a quiet location with the exception of the road noise, the occasional train and the neighbors livestock. Being in a valley noise travels so being aware of your noise level while outside is important.

The small road that runs parallel to our property to the south is a private road that is for the sole use of the occupied neighboring lots.

Our neighbors who are full time residents, value their privacy. With the neighboring lots and mountain being privately owned and Chumstick hwy being the only public road in the area. This location is not a hiking, walking or bike friendly (accept for very experienced long distance bikers, which are a common sight along Chumstick).

You can bike, taxi or drive. We have parking on site.

Thank you for expressing interest in reserving a stay at our cherished home. We're thrilled at the possibility of welcoming you and your companions!

We highly value guests who embody respect, open communication, and transparency. To ensure a mutually agreeable and pleasant experience, we've established guidelines and a thorough screening process aimed at determining if our rental is a good fit for you and your group.

For our potential guests, this process is designed to establish whether our home meets your specific needs and expectations, making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

From our perspective as hosts, this approach offers peace of mind by minimizing some of the inherent risks associated with home-sharing. Additionally, it ensures that our operations align with all applicable regulations at the state, county, city, HOA, and community levels for short-term rentals. And that our guests are aware of and accept any rules and restrictions.

This compliance enables us to protect our rights to continue offering our home as a home-sharing option for those who prefer it to traditional hotel stays.

We appreciate your time in considering this and look forward to potentially hosting you!
