Lake Union Lookout" comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and celebrates Seattle's unique charm. Spanning four levels, this modern townhome offers three elegantly designed bedrooms and bathrooms, along with inviting indoor and outdoor living spaces infused with a warm Northwest vibe.

Main Floor:
The entry level includes the entrance, laundry room, and garage. A convenient storage area for shoes and jackets keeps the rest of the home tidy and pristine.

Second Floor:
This level features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, ideal for intimate gatherings. The fully equipped chef's kitchen boasts a gas stove, a large undermount sink, sleek quartz countertops, and modern cabinetry. The dining area comfortably seats six, with two extra spots at the kitchen bar. The cozy living room, with an electric fireplace and a large smart TV, is perfect for relaxing.

Third Floor:
Here, you'll find all three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Grey Haven Suite: A private primary suite with a plush king Casper mattress, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2).
In the Clouds Room: Features two twin trundle beds (sleeps 2).
Spring in Seattle Room: Offers a plush queen Casper mattress and is located off a full bathroom with a shower (sleeps 2).
Fourth Floor:
The rooftop deck offers stunning views of the Seattle skyline and Lake Union, complete with a gas grill, seating area, and outdoor dining for six.

Parking:
While garage parking is available, it is compact and may be difficult to maneuver in. For larger vehicles, we recommend street parking.

"Lake Union Lookout" is equipped with all the comforts you need, including air conditioning, plush beds, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with HBOGO, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our home is the perfect base for your Seattle adventures.

You’ll have private access to the four-level townhome during your stay, offering a comfortable and welcoming place to settle in and feel at home.

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed through a private entrance with access to the entry level, including the garage and laundry area. As you move through the home, each level opens with intention, from the light-filled living spaces to the quiet retreat of the bedrooms, and up to the rooftop deck overlooking Lake Union and the Seattle skyline.

All bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, rooftop deck, and in-home amenities are available for your use. The garage is also accessible, though it is compact and may be best suited for smaller vehicles. Street parking is a comfortable and common option for larger vehicles.

You may notice a locked closet during your stay, which is reserved for the owners and housekeeping. Everything else in the home is thoughtfully prepared and ready for you to enjoy.

Detailed access instructions will be shared prior to your arrival so your check-in feels smooth, simple, and welcoming from the very start.

We offer a warm, unobtrusive hosting style. Kaela and her co-hosts are very responsive through the booking app (Airbnb/VRBO) during regular business hours. If you don’t hear back quickly, you’re welcome to text us. For urgent issues, especially trouble accessing the home or anything safety-related, please call right away.
