A LAYOUT THAT SUPPORTS DAILY LIFE

Each floor has a clear purpose. The entry level holds the private entrance, laundry room, gear storage, and attached garage. The second floor brings the kitchen, dining room, and living room together. All three bedrooms are grouped on the third floor, while the rooftop occupies the fourth level. The separation makes it easy to gather, work, and rest without every activity sharing the same room.

LIVING ROOM

Large corner windows fill the living space with natural light. Settle into the comfortable seating for a movie on the Smart TV, warm up beside the electric fireplace, or stay connected to the kitchen and dining area while everyone follows their own routine.

FULL KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with quartz counters, modern cabinetry, a deep undermount sink, 5-burner gas range, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and cooking basics. The dining table seats six, and two stools at the breakfast bar create an extra spot for coffee, a quick meal, or a laptop.

BEDROOMS AND WORKSPACE

✔ Grey Haven Suite: king Casper mattress, walk-in closet, and private en-suite bathroom
✔ Spring in Seattle Room: queen Casper mattress with the second full bathroom nearby
✔ In the Clouds Room: two twin trundle beds plus a desk and chair for work or study; arranged for up to two guests
Room-darkening shades, extra bedding, and clothing storage help each room work well for an extended stay.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK

The rooftop gives you a true outdoor room above the city. Start the day with coffee and Lake Union views, share dinner at the outdoor table for six, use the gas grill, or settle into the lounge seating as the skyline lights up.

CONNECTED SEATTLE LOCATION

Wallingford, Fremont, Green Lake, Ballard, and the University District are within easy reach. The location keeps neighborhood restaurants, shopping, parks, and Seattle destinations accessible while giving you a residential place to return to at the end of the day.

Parking:
While garage parking is available, it is compact and may be difficult to maneuver in. For larger vehicles, we recommend street parking.

"Lake Union Lookout" is equipped with all the comforts you need, including air conditioning, plush beds, Wi-Fi, a smart TV with HBOGO, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, our home is the perfect base for your Seattle adventures.

You’ll have private access to the four-level townhome during your stay, offering a comfortable and welcoming place to settle in and feel at home.

From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed through a private entrance with access to the entry level, including the garage and laundry area. As you move through the home, each level opens with intention, from the light-filled living spaces to the quiet retreat of the bedrooms, and up to the rooftop deck overlooking Lake Union and the Seattle skyline.

All bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, rooftop deck, and in-home amenities are available for your use. The garage is also accessible, though it is compact and may be best suited for smaller vehicles. Street parking is a comfortable and common option for larger vehicles.

You may notice a locked closet during your stay, which is reserved for the owners and housekeeping. Everything else in the home is thoughtfully prepared and ready for you to enjoy.

Detailed access instructions will be shared prior to your arrival so your check-in feels smooth, simple, and welcoming from the very start.

We offer a warm, unobtrusive hosting style. Kaela and her co-hosts are very responsive through the booking app (Airbnb/VRBO) during regular business hours.
